The Blackmagic Design ATEM Mini Pro ISO is an advanced live production switcher designed for content creators, streamers, and broadcasters who require more post-production flexibility. While offering all the core features of the ATEM Mini Pro, the Pro ISO version stands out with its ability to record each of the four HDMI inputs as isolated (ISO) files, along with the program output, providing a powerful solution for multi-camera editing and post-production.

This isolated recording capability is ideal for productions that require post-editing, as it allows you to re-edit each camera angle after the event. The Pro ISO records these inputs as separate video files in H.264 format, which are saved to an external USB drive. Additionally, the ATEM Mini Pro ISO automatically creates a DaVinci Resolve project file, enabling you to instantly open the project in DaVinci Resolve for re-editing or fine-tuning. The project file also includes the live edits made during the stream, so you can adjust or modify transitions, cuts, and effects after the recording, greatly simplifying the post-production process.

The 4 HDMI inputs support up to 1080p video, allowing seamless switching between cameras, computers, gaming consoles, or any HDMI source. Each input has independent ISO recording, ensuring that every camera angle is captured and ready for further editing.

The ATEM Mini Pro ISO also includes a built-in hardware streaming encoder, enabling direct streaming to platforms like YouTube, Facebook Live, and Twitch via Ethernet without requiring external software. This makes it a powerful solution for live streaming with minimal setup and technical overhead.

For live monitoring, the multi-view output feature allows you to see all input sources, preview, and program outputs, as well as audio levels, recording status, and stream information, all on one screen. This is critical for ensuring smooth live production, as you can monitor each camera angle and manage your stream in real time.

The ATEM Mini Pro ISO also supports USB recording, allowing you to record your live program directly to a USB drive. This is ideal for immediate backups or for capturing the final mix as a separate file for distribution or archiving.

The built-in audio mixer offers professional-level audio control with features like EQ, dynamics, and the ability to connect external microphones. This ensures your sound is as polished as your video, giving you control over every aspect of the production.

On the visual side, the ATEM Mini Pro ISO includes on-screen effects like Picture-in-Picture (PiP) and customizable transitions, adding a professional touch to your live production. These features allow for dynamic presentations and smooth switching between camera angles, graphics, and overlays.
