Vizrt ProTek is Vizrt’s customer care program that extends maintenance beyond standard warranty, covering defects and normal wear and tear (not accidental damage). Service runs 12 months and may include repair and phone/email support depending on coverage level. EAR is a Vizrt Platinum Reseller and an authorized reseller since 2008.

• Coverage for defects and normal wear and tear (not accidental damage/breakage/abuse).
• 12-month term (unless otherwise agreed by Vizrt).
• Service start timing defined (e.g., deemed to start one month after purchase when purchased with hardware).
• Phone and email support (as defined by the applicable service level / Welcome Kit).
• Repair & testing performed within five (5) days from receipt (excluding return shipping time).
• RMA required before returning product for repair.
• Replacement option if product cannot be repaired (factory-reconditioned like product, at Vizrt discretion).
• Advance Exchange may be available for eligible customers (at Vizrt discretion).
• Renewal framework includes a customer-driven renewal process and a post-expiry grace period.
• Transfer/assignment permitted with conditions, including transfer to a qualified transferee.
