Vizrt ProTek is Vizrt’s customer care program that extends maintenance beyond standard warranty, covering defects and normal wear and tear (not accidental damage). Service runs 12 months and may include repair and phone/email support depending on coverage level. EAR is a Vizrt Platinum Reseller and an authorized reseller since 2008.
